Please read before booking. We love seeing your pets and want to keep our schedule fair for every dog on our books. Here's how cancellations, no-shows, lateness, and payment work.
Call, text, or message us as soon as you know; the earlier we hear from you, the easier it is to fill your slot and find you a new time.

Cancellation, no-show, and deposit fees are charged to the card on file at the time of booking. We'll always let you know before charging.
Genuine emergencies (illness, accidents, etc.) are handled case by case, and fees may be waived at our discretion. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you're able.
If your dog is aggressive, unwell, or unsafe to groom, we may need to stop the service. A partial fee may still apply depending on work already completed.
To keep our prices as low as possible, we offer a discount for customers who pay by cash or check. This discount is offered in accordance with Massachusetts law, which permits discounts for cash or check payments when clearly disclosed.
Pricing
Accepted Payment Methods. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards. No surcharge is added for credit card use — the price difference reflects our cash/check discount.
This discount is available to all customers, and is posted at our front desk and on our website booking page, as required by law.
Payment in full is due at the time you pick up your dog, before your dog is released to you. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards. If payment cannot be made at pickup, we may be unable to release your dog until payment is received, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a check is returned for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, closed account), you are responsible for the full amount owed plus a returned check fee of $25. We will contact you to arrange payment of the original balance and fee, due within 10 days of notice.
If unpaid, Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 93, § 40A) allows us to send a written demand by regular and certified mail; if still unpaid 30 days after that demand, you may be liable for the check amount plus statutory damages of $100–$500 as determined by a court.
After a returned check, future visits may require cash, debit, or credit card; we may not accept checks from that account.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may not release dogs if there is an outstanding balance from a prior visit. Repeated payment issues may require prepayment or a deposit before future appointments.
Thank you for helping us keep appointments fair and available for every dog on our schedule.
